Following the latest Government Tier update that Surrey will move into Tier 3 from Saturday 19 December, fans are now unable to attend upcoming fixtures in December at Lingfield Park Racecourse..
All customers who have booked tickets in December will receive an automatic, full refund within 10 working days.
Upcoming fixtures will take place behind closed doors with Owners permitted.
We hope to welcome back fans once again soon and would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support.
How do I get a refund?
All customers who have purchased tickets for any fixture in December will receive a full refund. This will be in your account within 10 working days.
Refunds will be processed automatically and there is no need to contact us directly.
I am an Annual Member. Can I still come racing?
As Lingfield Park has moved into Tier 3, we are unfortunately unable to allow our valued Annual Members to attend upcoming fixtures.
Lingfield Members who live in either a Tier 2 or Tier 1 location are able to register for a ticket to attend Arena Racing Company courses permitted to admit racegoers (currently Fontwell Park Racecourse and Hereford Racecourse).
We will continue to keep our members up-to-date and informed of when they are once again permitted to return. We advise Annual Members to ensure we have an email address so they receive all the latest information. Please email email@example.com to update us with your email address.

Are owners still able to attend?
Owners are still able to attend to watch their horses compete. Access will be via the hotel Plaza gate. The Owners’ facility will move to the Brasserie, where a variety of simple and hearty meals will be served. In line with Government guidelines, no alcohol will be permitted but a range of other refreshments will be available.
Is the Golf Course still open?
The Golf Course remains open.
Is the hotel still open?
Our on-site hotel remains open. We advise guests to follow the latest government guidelines on travelling for their Tier.
The hotel restaurant will be offering room service only. Guests can enjoy hot breakfast options and a variety of evening meals delivered to their rooms.
The hotel gym will remain open and must be booked in advance. The pool will be closed.
Will you refund me for any additional expenses (travel/accommodation)?
As per our ticketing terms and conditions, no additional compensation will be offered for any travel or additional expenses.
