At Lingfield Park, Owners, Syndicates & Shared Ownerships may request up to 8 complimentary O&T badges per runner (registered through PASS for the Pavilion Restaurant including complimentary luncheon.) Alternatively, you may request 20 syndicate badges which provide access to the Syndicates Lounge. It’s not possible to combine the two options, so please choose in advance if you would like to enjoy O&T or Syndicate Lounge facilities.

The number of Owners admitted per horse into the Parade Ring at Lingfield Park is 8. We appreciate that this is a really important part of any owner's visit, if you would like more badges please ask in advance and we always aim to be flexible where we can. Please note, even if requested we cannot guarantee more than 8 Parade Ring passes.

Our Pavilion Restaurant is reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers with runners on a raceday. You’ll find it to the left as you walk into the course and it has an entrance to the paddock. You can enjoy a complimentary luncheon and afternoon cakes (with a valid voucher) along with Tea & Coffee, and a full bar. If you have any specific dietary or allergen requirements, please contact us in advance of the day by emailing owners@lingfieldpark.co.uk.

Please note that it’s not possible to reserve a table for the day with our O&T facilities. We kindly ask that when you finish dining please vacate or offer to share your table with other O&T to help ensure that everyone can enjoy their experience.

Syndicates & Shared ownerships have the opportunity to enjoy our exclusive Syndicate Lounge, which has great access to the parade ring.

This offers those with Syndicate Badges on the day (must be booked in advance) a private base to enjoy with fellow syndicate and ownership members including complimentary Tea, Coffee & biscuits with a pay bar and light food offer.

On arrival at Lingfield Park, please make your way to the Owners & Trainers Entrance, where the team look forward to welcoming you, providing your badges and briefing you on the day's information.

We have complimentary Wi-Fi at Lingfield Park, and once registered at an ARC racecourse you will have access when you visit any one of our 16 racecourses. You will need to register the first time of using and details are available inside the O&T and Syndicate Lounge.

Nothing is more important to us when racing than the safety and welfare of horse and rider. Key to this is the track itself and our ground staff do everything in their power to provide an optimum racing surface.

On duty on racedays our dedicated and experienced team of highly qualified Vets, Doctors and Paramedics follow the action at every stage. Their main responsibility is to monitor and provide care to the competitors throughout their time at Lingfield Park.

The locations and vehicle movements of these skilled specialists during racing are designed to provide a rapid response to any incident across the site. We also have a high-specification horse ambulance in attendance at every fixture to enable safe transport of a horse from the track to our on-site veterinary treatment facility for further treatment, or to the nearest equine referral hospital if required.

Please note, it is standard practice at Lingfield Park to erect screens around any horse or jockey requiring attention on the course as this provides privacy and a safe, calm environment in which to accurately diagnose and treat the patient as necessary. Please do not assume the worst if screens are erected.

We are fully committed to minimising risk in our sport, to dealing professionally and efficiently with any injury, and to maintaining the highest possible quality of care for the horses and jockeys racing here today.

We do not operate a strict dress code at Lingfield Park. However, this is a big occasion for O&T and we always recommend dressing up for a day at the races! As this is an outdoor event, we advise taking the weather into consideration to ensure you are warm and dry.

We have an Owners Viewing platform in front of the grandstand.

If you aren’t able to join us on the day, all racing from Lingfield Park is broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing Channel 415.

Owners with runners on the day are welcome to go into the Parade Ring for their race.

There is an allocation of eight Parade Ring badges per runner, and we try to be flexible where we can if we receive requests in advance for additional passes. Please note this is not guaranteed.

Children U12 are not permitted access into the Parade Ring.

Winning connections are invited to watch a re-run of their race in Winning Connections, hosted by Jayne Smith. We invite you to celebrate in style with a glass of Monopole Champagne and our much-loved chocolate brownies!

A presentation is made to every winning Owner. All winning owners will receive a complimentary photograph. For those not able to make it on the day, the memento will be handed to your Trainer or their representative.

If winning owners aren’t present, we will endeavour to invite placed connections to enjoy the same experience.

We offer winning, placed and all Owners on the day complimentary USB copies of their race, multiple copies are available should syndicates require them. We also offer the same to all stable staff associated with a runner on the day.

We’re pleased to share that the nearest accommodation is on-site at Lingfield Park! Marriott Hotel and Country Club has 116 bedrooms, and is perfect for drinks, dining, socialising and overnight stays. The hotel phone number is 01342 830930.

Any announcements about Inspections or the abandonment of racing or races at Lingfield Park will be made through Racing Admin and our social media including Facebook, X and Instagram.

On racedays, feedback postcards or ROA QR code feedback is available in all O&T facilities. Please take time to complete these and hand to a member of staff so that we can learn what we are doing well, and where we can improve.

There are a number of britbet windows around the racecourse, including the foyer of the O&T restaurant.

Bookmakers also operate outside, in front of the grandstands.

Priority parking is reserved for Owners & Trainers at Lingfield Park, you just need to follow the directions provided by our parking stewards and signage on the day.

If you’re using sat nav, please use the postcode RH7 6PQ. Alternatively, if you use What Three Words, it is AURA.JOINED.DETECT for Lingfield Park Racecourse. O&T parking is opposite the course, and is sign posted.

We have Accessibility and Blue Badges parking on the same side of the racecourse which is also sign posted should you need to park in there. These are offered on a first come basis. If you have any accessibility requests, please contact the Racecourse Office in advance on 01342 831718.

Lingfield is the nearest Train Station, located 0.3 miles from the racecourse.

Lingfield Park Racecourse operates as a cashless site. Bookmakers do still allow cash payments, and cashback can be obtained from britbet.

Yes absolutely, children who are accompanied by an adult are very welcome in our O&T facilities.

We offer a maximum of two places to those aged U12, including lunch, and for those aged over 12 they will be considered as part of an Owner's badge allocation on the day and will require an O&T badge and lunch voucher for access.

If children would like something different to the O&T menu offered on the day, please ask the Host and we will be happy to arrange this.
