Option A - All owners are eligible to claim a maximum of eight owners’ badges, which will offer access to the owners’ hospitality and viewing areas, as well as a complimentary meal voucher to be redeemed in the owners’ hospitality area. If you would like to take up this option, please register via the PASS system, as outlined below.
Please register your attendance using the Racecourse PASS System via www.rcapass.com If you do not have access to the PASS System or need any assistance in its use, please contact Isabelle Mangan-Goldstein on 07866 698163 or IMangan@lingfieldpark.co.uk.
The deadline for badges on PASS is midnight the day before racing – if you have any problems or don’t have access to PASS, please email Isabelle Mangan–Goldstein who can help you with badge requests.
Option B -Alternatively, for any owner, or a syndicate, who would like to bring more guests or members, can request x 20 Syndicate Lounge badges. This will allow access to the Syndicate Lounge which is accessed via the main Grandstand doors. Please note that Syndicate Lounge badges do not gain access to the Owners & Trainers facilities. Syndicates will also be issues with up to 8 paddock pass wristbands to gain access to the parade ring. (Syndicate badges alone will not gain access to this area).
To utilise this option, please do not go through the PASS system, and contact us directly instead. You should email Isabelle Mangan–Goldstein imangan@lingfieldpark.co.uk with the name of your horse, time of your race, and a list of those you wish to attend no later than 16:00 the day before racing.
Also, please clearly note the lead person within the group or the syndicator, to whom Parade Ring access passes will be allocated on arrival.
Advanced booking is essential for Owners and Syndicate Badges to enable us to ensure adequate facilities and arrangements are in place to support owners on the day. Please note that Owners badges can only be arranged by the owner; bookings will not be accepted by third parties on their behalf. In all instances we politely request that unused Owners badges are not passed on as this compromises a number of raceday arrangements.
Parking is in the Owners & Trainers carpark off Racecourse Road, directly opposite the main entrance.
Arrival - On the day, please access the Racecourse via the Owners & Trainers gate. Those who have chosen Badge Option A will be given a badge to access the Owners facilities, those who have chosen Badge Option B will be checked off against their runner and admitted to the racecourse.
Accessible Parking – Is situated in the car park opposite the coach park. (these leads you straight to the owners & trainers entrance from the bottom of the horse walk. Accessible toilets are situated in the owners & trainers and also in the grandstand. if you have restricted mobility and require assistance please call Isabelle Mangan–Goldstein in advance on 01342 831718 who will be happy to help. Facilities and Hospitality - for those that chose Badge Option A, there will be complimentary hospitality, which, for this fixture, will be located in our Pavillion Suite. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase also. For those who choose to utilise restaurant hospitality, admission price will be taken off your package.
Owners Viewing – Owners are welcome to watch from all public areas and we do also have a dedicated owners viewing stand which is situated just passed the Brasserie on the edge of the Grandstand.
Parade Ring - We endeavor to offer eight places per runner in the Parade Ring before each race. Please note, this number may be lowered in the instance of large fields, but will be confirmed at the entrance. You will be issued paddock passes on arrival which will allow Parade Ring access for your specific race. For those who have chosen Badge Option B, wristbands will be given to the nominated syndicator or group leader upon arrival to distribute.
