Yes! Purchasing an advance ticket for a fixture at Lingfield Park will give you an average of £5 off the gate price.

Yes, students with valid ID receive a £5 discount at Lingfield Park. This discount is applied against the on the day ticket price and is only available on Grandstand tickets. Please bring valid Student ID Card with you.

Yes absolutely! Online tickets for Lingfield Park remain open during each fixture and can be used to purchase tickets on the day of racing. You are also welcome to buy a ticket on the gate - using a card payment only.

Your tickets for Lingfield Park will be sent to your email address. This includes any tickets for any restaurants and/or hospitality that you have booked. You will receive your ticket(s) within 7 days of the fixture you are due to attend.

Please note, if you’ve booked your tickets within 7 days of the fixture taking place, you will receive these prior to the morning of the fixture. Sometimes emails from Lingfield Park can go into your junk folder so please make sure to check this before getting in touch.

We no longer offer an on-the-day ticket collection option at Lingfield Park, aside from special considerations such as carer’s tickets. All tickets are sent by email.

There’s no need to print your tickets – we can scan e-tickets off mobile devices (mobile phones & tablets). However, if you wish to print them off and bring them to Lingfield Park in paper format, this is fine.

At Lingfield Park, we are happy to welcome children and families. Children under 17 go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). A full paying adult will need to collect any children’s tickets from the ticketing office or turnstile on the day of the fixture (there is a max.3 children per adult).

To redeem a Gift Voucher for Lingfield Park, take a look through our fixtures to find a date that works for you and then select the relevant number of tickets and add them to your basket. At the checkout, you need to enter your unique Gift Voucher code for full or part payment in the 'Add Gift Voucher Code' field.

If you’d like to use your voucher for a restaurant or hospitality package, please call us on 01342 834800 with your gift voucher number at hand. It can be used as full or part payment over the phone.

Please note that any balance left will be credited to your account to use at a future event

At Lingfield Park we offer a range of concessions. Both Seniors aged 60+ and students can benefit from a £5 discount when providing proof of ID. This discount is applied against the on the day ticket price and is only available on Grandstand tickets. Tickets can be purchased on the gate.

Assistants and carers will receive free admission to Lingfield Park when accompanying a paying guest with accessibility requirements. These tickets can be collected from the racecourse office on the day of the fixture when supporting documentation of accessibility requirements is provided (e.g. a Blue Badge (with accompanying photo ID), Disabled Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or signed letter from GP (with accompanying photo ID).

Please email info@lingfieldpark.co.uk with your name and details of the fixture you wish to attend to arrange these tickets.

If you would like to redeem vouchers for Lingfield Park from a third-party site, they must be redeemed at least two weeks before the fixture you’d like to attend.

Gates at Lingfield Park open two hours before the first race on weekends and 1.5 hours before on midweek fixtures (except for jumps, which is 2 hours before). However, for feature and festival fixtures, gates may open earlier. Make sure to check the what’s on page for the date you’re attending for the most up-to-date timings, as these can be subject to change.

Races at Lingfield Park take place at different times and can also change last minute, so please check the what’s on page for the timings for your specific fixture.

Typically, the racecourse, along with our bar and food outlets, closes shortly after the last race. For Live After Racing nights or themed race nights where there is music after racing, the live act will perform for an hour to 90 minutes after the last race and the racecourse will close shortly after the performance.

At Lingfield Park, we want to make sure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your time with us. As we are a year-round racing event, and race meetings are predominantly outdoor events, we advise that you be mindful of the weather – wrapping up for colder weather and applying sunscreen in the warmer months. Yes, absolutely. Coach groups are very welcome at Lingfield Park. On arrival, coaches will be directed to our allocated coach parking – see our map for the location.

Please use the Main Gate turnstiles to enter Lingfield Park.

Yes, we have lots of car parking at Lingfield Park Racecourse and it is free to use. If you wish to leave your car overnight, please inform the parking stewards on your arrival and be aware that this is done so at your own risk.

Parking can be found on Racecourse Road and is signposted.

We have a fantastic range of places to eat and drink when you to come Lingfield Park. From the Fish & Chip Shop to the Beer Garden, Moretti Pizza Bar, Piglet’s Pantry and lots more, different outlets will be available depending on how busy the fixture is likely to be. All of our food outlets can be found on our map.

Our concessions can vary week to week, dependent on how busy the fixture is. For customers who are gluten free or require dietary advice, please get in touch with the team on info@lingfieldpark-racecourse.co.uk or 01342 834 800, who will be able to give you the correct information dependent on the fixture you are attending.

No food or drink can be brought into Lingfield Park. We have an extensive range of food and drink outlets for you to use at your leisure during your visit.

No alcohol can be brought into Lingfield Park. We have a fantastic selection of bars on site selling a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Barbecues are not permitted at Lingfield Park.

Ensuring our visitors enjoy their day is a priority for our team at Lingfield Park. We work hard to make sure our venue is accessible for everyone, with accessible viewing areas trackside, wheelchair loan for our hotel guests and accessible parking both at the hotel and on the racecourse. At Lingfield Park, Personal Assistants/Carers will receive free admission to the racecourse when accompanying a paying guest with accessible needs.

Personal Assistant tickets can be collected from our racecourse office the morning of the fixture. Proof of accessible needs to be provided (e.g. Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or signed letter from GP (with accompanying photo ID).

Please email info@lingfieldpark.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance with your name and details of the fixture you wish to attend to arrange these tickets. These tickets are subject to availability.

Betting at horse racing is a time-honoured tradition. If you wish to join in at Lingfield Park, there are several places across the racecourse where you can place a bet – either with the tote, which is a pool betting option (similar to the lottery) or with the on-course bookmakers.

No – there are no cash machines on site at Lingfield Park. All of our food & drink outlets only accept debit or credit card payments. The tote, along with bookmakers, do accept cash payments and some may also accept debit card payments (but no credit cards).

Yes – bookmakers at Lingfield Park still accept cash and some will also accept debit cards (but no credit cards). There are no cash machines on the racecourse so if cash is your preferred method, please make sure to bring this with you.

All of our food & drink outlets are cashless and accept card and contactless payments only. However, bookmakers and the tote will still accept cash payments. There are no cash machines at Lingfield Park, please bring cash with you if this is your preferred payment method with bookmakers.

Our racecards are available to view and download for free, on the morning of each racing fixture here. Printed racecards will be available to purchase at the racecourse.

If you haven’t booked a ticket with a reserved seat (or a restaurant or hospitality package), please be aware that there is limited seating across Lingfield Park Racecourse and the majority of it is outside.

Foldable picnic chairs are permitted in outside areas of the racecourse. No other chairs are permitted. If you have mobility issues, please contact the racecourse at info@lingfieldpark.co.uk for exceptions of this rule.

Smoking is allowed in the allocated smoking rings across Lingfield Park. It is not permitted in the grandstands.

Yes, we do - all wheelchair users have access to a viewing platform at Lingfield Park to watch the racing, which is situated on the Eclipse Lawn, to the left of the Eclipse Marquee. You can see the accessible viewing platform on our map.

For turf tracks, the amount of rainfall will impact the ‘Going’ at the racecourse. Simply put, this is the condition of the racing surface and how ‘hard’ or ‘soft’ the ground is. Different horses enjoy different ground conditions and therefore the going reports are vital for a horse’s trainer and owner in deciding when and where a horse should run.

The health and safety of all participants and horses is our top priority. If the racing surface is deemed unraceable (this could be due to waterlogging, frozen surfaces or even too hard a surface) or extreme weather conditions are unsafe, a fixture will be abandoned. If this happens, customers will be alerted and the information will be available immediately on our website – there is no need to call.

Full or partial refunds will be automatically provided according to our refund policy, available on our terms and conditions of entry.

We accept Guide Dogs of the Blind and other Assistance Dogs at Lingfield Park, but no other dogs are permitted to enter the racecourse. We also ask, in the interests of animal welfare, that no dogs are left in cars while you visit Lingfield Park.

At all meetings we ask that no flash photography takes place near the horses.

Otherwise, you are welcome to take as many photos for personal (non-commercial) use as you like. Please note, during live music and entertainment, the artists' management retain all image rights. Any photographer that is felt to be impeding or contravening these rights without accreditation and prior written consent will be requested to leave the premises.

You cannot take images for commercial purposes without prior permission from the racecourse and the provision of press accreditation.

Note

Professional filming and photography takes place at Lingley Park for various publications and broadcasts, and racegoers (including families) consent to being filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by the Racecourse or any authorised third-party.

By entering the racecourse, you accept our terms and conditions of entry, which authorised by the Racecourse the right to broadcast, publish, licence and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without payment or other compensation in any promotional literature produced by Arena Racing Company.
