Among the summer sporting events in Surrey, a Tuesday at Lingfield Park takes some beating. On Tuesday 20 July it's horse racing in July, flat racing on the turf, close up. Reigate's sun-seekers, swap the park for the parade ring.
Flat racing on the turf is quick and close. Blink and you'll miss the move that wins it. Head down to the winner's enclosure and see the horses come back in, with everyone around them smiling.
Stand on the rail in the sunshine and watch the colours flash past as they race for home. Midweek here is friendly and unhurried. It's a lovely way to spend a Tuesday.
There's food and drink on the day, plus indoor seating and bars when you want a break from the sun.
You can book now, with tickets from [CONFIRM 2027 PRICE]. Bringing the kids? Under-18s go free.
Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
