The Surrey Countryside Raceday is back at Lingfield Park on Saturday 27 February. It's an afternoon of flat racing on our All Weather track with a big nod to the countryside we're part of, and a cracking way to enjoy horse racing in February. South London, a Saturday in the Surrey countryside is a lot greener than the usual plans.
The racing leads the way. Get down to the parade ring before each race to see the horses up close, then find your spot on the rail and listen to the hooves drum past. The All Weather track means the racing goes on whatever February throws at us.
Between races, the countryside takes over. Last year we had sheep racing, birds of prey, a Shetland pony race, countryside stalls and a best dressed competition. This year we've got even more exciting entertainment lined up, and we'll share the full 2027 line-up soon: [CONFIRM 2027 ENTERTAINMENT].
There's local food and seasonal treats on the day. When the February chill bites, our indoor bars and seating are the place to warm up with a hot drink.
Tickets are on sale now from [CONFIRM 2027 PRICE]. It's a family day too, and under-18s go free.
Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
