The Churchill Stakes is a flat race held at Lingfield Park in November, and has been held since 2000. Open to horses three years and older, this Class 1 race is run over a distance of one mile and two furlongs.
Previous winners have included 2019's Crossed Batton ridden by Frankie Dettori, 2018's and 2017's winner Master The World, ridden by jockey Sean Levey, Team Talk (2016), Let’s Go (2015) and Battalion (2014). The race is also normally combined with live entertainment around the racing, and over recent years has also hosted a popular beer festival during the day.
