All Weather Racing dominates around a fifth of the British horseracing fixture list, is supported by trainers, owners and jockeys have supported all-weather racing since its creation over 20 years ago. The All-Weather Championship consists of over 200 fixtures from October till March, ending with a spectacular finals day hosted by Lingfield Park.
With a £1 million total prize fund offered across six racing categories, the Championships finals day is the richest all-weather race card staged in Europe, and one of the overall richest race days in the UK. Meaning it is one of the most thrilling race days, whether you are participating as a jockey, owner or trainer, or are cheering on from the Grandstand.
The All-Weather Championships, especially the £1 million Finals Day at Lingfield Park on Good Friday, are now an established part of the British Racing Calendar. While the All-Weather Championships were initially the idea of Arena Racing Company (ARC), everyone at ARC is enormously grateful to the support we have received from all in British Racing in helping ensure the All-Weather Championships have proved a success from the outset.
