Disabled parking bays are available close to the hotel entrance and can be used whilst displaying your blue badge. Your safety is paramount during your stay and the hotel includes a mist sprinkler system, as well early warning detection and notification specifically designed with disabled guests in mind.
All five of our hospitality suites are easily accessible with lift access, as well as being wheelchair friendly. When booking a table or hospitality in any of our facilities, please advise of any access restrictions so that we can provide a suitable table for your requirements and ensure the room is set up to be comfortable for all guests.
On race days, a disabled viewing area is available trackside near the winning post, for use by disabled guests and their carer’s only. When parking on a race day, disabled car parking is clearly signposted on the right-hand side, before you reach the main entrance.
Carers will receive free admission to the racecourse when accompanying a paying disabled guest.
Carer tickets can be collected from the racecourse office on the fixture when proof of disability is provided (e.g. a Blue Badge (with accompanying photo ID), Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or signed letter from GP (with accompanying photo ID).)
