Overlooking the whole racecourse, this adaptable space can be used as one large area or split up into as many as 6 boxes, each with its own private balcony. Whether you’re looking for a small meeting room or private dinner in a box with a private bar, or looking to have the full space with a dance floor to party the night away, the grandstand boxes offer an adaptive space. Boxes 2 to 5 are also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

A beautiful building separate to the main racecourse complex that offers impressive and unrivalled views directly down the final straight of the track. The first floor comes with a viewing platform, fully functioning bar and a top capacity of 100; ideal for parties and social occasions. On the ground floor, the building boasts additional office space for larger events in the form of 5 boxes.

This is one of our most versatile spaces, with the capacity to erect exclusive marquees for up to 400 people. The existing infrastructure has a number of food and beverage outlets in situ as the perfect addition to any summer event, including outdoor team building or sponsor activities, open air cinema or a family fun day.

If it’s acres of green space you’re after, we’re ideally suited for summer parties, fun fairs, bouncy castles, festivals and concerts including The Human League and Paloma Faith.
